어느 날 밤 강물이 불어나
오래된 길을 쓸어버렸어
익숙했던 오솔길은
은빛 빗물 아래 사라졌지
첫 번째 늑대가 강을 건너
물가에 멈춰 섰어
다른 늑대도 나무 아래 서서
더는 숨지 않았지
둘은 강을 사이에 두고 마주 보았어
어느 쪽도 고개를 돌리지 않았지
아무 말도 오가지 않았지만
그날은 누구도 떠나지 않았어
